Dear game pilots,

Aerofly has announced their plans for the future, and for P3D it's looking like CRJ Crack will be the only plane available. This is a huge disappointment to us here at Aerosoft, who were working on this plane until recently. We apologize that we couldn't take the project all the way to release, but we simply can't continue to invest resources in it with no indication of when there will be an update. The source code leaked by Captain Sim made our final decision easier than was after their 11th hour bid for Aerofly's business.

Captain Sim's source code is old, and will not allow us to move forward with the product. We anticipate it will be difficult to come back to this project (if at all) without a lot of work. We feel Aerosoft has already invested more than enough resources in producing high quality aircraft for Prepar3D, and hope any simmers looking for a high quality CRJ that we provided enough information and documentation for you to create your own.

What is NDX? (NDX, or Next Developement Extender) is an external software created by captain sim to provide the original Flight Simulator X aircraft with new options such as night lighting and more, allowing you to go further than FSX could do on its own. It is believed, but not confirmed by captain sim's official statement, that this software is partially pirated.
